Seasons for rates are:
High Season December 25th - February 1st
Shoulder 1st February - 30th April
Low 1st May – Labour Weekend (towards the end of October)
Shoulder Labour Weekend - December 24th
Please tell us your 1st and 2nd choice of cottage.
Note: Weekends have a 2 night minimum in the high season and for long weekends. There is a 4 night minimum for Easter.

Check in is after 1.30pm. If you are going to be arriving after 6.00pm, we would really appreciate you letting us know. Check out is 10.30am on day of departure.

Cancellation Policy: There is no charge if the cancellation is made one week prior to the reservation. Cancellation within one week incurs a charge of 50% of the first night. Cancellation within 48 hours or a ‘no show’ incurs a charge of 100% of the first night.
